I am a passionate, part-time professional photographer with much higher aspirations. I have a long and varied background that informs my photography and composition. I have a Fine Arts College background, grew up with a father who was an amazing and dedicated photographer, and have been working for nearly 30 years in web, brand, and software design and development.  I've dabbled in all sorts of photography styles, but most of my recent work has been in landscapes, wide-field night sky photography, and occasionally candid portraits and small events.

Most of all, I'm a big nerd.  I have a love of lifelong learning, love comics and graphic novels,  enjoy teaching myself astronomy, playing guitar, and traveling to great outdoor locations. If we're on a shoot together, I'm more than happy to talk space, music, and more. But keep me focused on taking photos!
